Graduated students of
                                               BS degree for sessions 2013-17 and 2014-18
                                               MA / MSc degree for sessions 2013-15, 2014-16, 2015-17 and 2016-18
                                               MS / MPhil degree for sessions 2013-15, 2014-16, 2015-17 and 2016-18

who have completed all degree requirements till 30th June, 2019 are eligible for the award of degree / participation in the 1st Convocation-2021.

Graduates must bring their original CNIC, Copy of Marks Sheet (DMC) and Convocation Registration paid fee voucher. All graduates must wear gown on rehearsal and convocation day. Final list of the eligible candidates and information about Convocation are available on the university website (www.gcwuf.edu.pk).

The graduates of above sessions are required to confirm their participation by filling-in Online Registration Form: available on the University website by depositing Rs. 1000/- as registration fee. Last date for Registration is 08-11-2021.

Note: Graduates who have already deposited registration fee in 2018 need not to deposit the said fee again. However they should registered themself in Convocation 2021 online registration form.

Convocation :

                           On 17-11-2021 in the GCWUF University Ground at 10:00 am

Note :

• Students who will not attend rehearsal of convocation will not be entertained on convocation day.

• Students are advised to visit university website regularly for convocation updates.
