Running of Canteen

Sealed tenders are invited from income tax and sales tax registered firms/ franchise/ food chains/ restaurants/ food suppliers/ food industries on the basis of single stage two envelop procedure for running a canteen at GC Women University, Faisalabad. The bidder should have at least 5-year experience in the relevant field of running a canteen at any Government or Semi-government Educational Department. Detailed terms and conditions may be seen in the tender documents which can be obtained from the office of the Directorate of Procurement and Inventory Control on payment of Rs. 2000/- (non-refundable) in the form of CDR/ Pay order in favor of Treasurer GC Women University Faisalabad. In the Technical dossier, the bidders will have to supply the following

  1. National Identity Card Number and passport size photograph
  2. NTN Number / Sales Tax Registration Number
  3. Certificate/Bank Statement of last three years showing financial soundness in terms of Transactions.
  4. Letter of experience of 5 years and character certificate from previous organization(s)
  5. Undertaking that showing no litigation with previous organization(s)
  6. Work order or agreement with previous organizations(s)
  7. List of staff / workers along with their fitness certificate from infectious and contagious disease issued by respective DHQ.
  8. Registration with Food Authority
  9. Partnership deed with any firm/individual if any
  10. Each bidder will submit an undertaking to the fact that he is neither blacklisted nor has any litigation with any Government/Semi Government or private organization.
