Submission of Applications for Educational Scholarships for Children of University Regular Employees For the Year 2023-24. (Out of Benevolent Fund

Respected All,  

Applications are invited for educational scholarships 2023-24 for the children of university regular employees. Therefore, you are requested to intimate all your subordinate staff to submit applications complete in all respects in the Treasurer Office, GCWUF not later than 20.04.2024. Applications received after the due date & incomplete applications will not be entertained.  

Required Documents: 

1. Application Form Completely Filled with Signatures & Stamps. 
2. Result Cards (With Signature of Principal)  
3. Result Cards (Graduation & Above) Must be issued from Controller of Examination
4. CNIC of Applicant
5. B. Form (Not Birth Certificate)
6. Salary Slip 
7. Joining Report (Only) 
8.  Attach only clear copies of all documents(whatsapp, scanned or black copies of documents not accepted) 

Note: Applications Must Be Submitted Through Proper Channel.
